19th Judicial Circuit – Service of Process Suspended.
(Martin, Saint Lucie, Indian River, and Okeechobee Counties) issued Administrative Order AO 2020-01. This was later followed up by a letter of clarification from Chief Judge Lawrence Mirman who confirmed the suspension of service of process applies to private process servers as well as the Sheriff. 18th Judicial Circuit (Brevard and Seminole)
Service of Process in suspended in foreclosure, eviction, and ejectment until April 15, 2020, per administrative order. AO 20-15

Criminal and Civil Jury Trials Suspended
Pursuant to Florida Supreme Court Administrative Order ASOC20-13, all grand jury proceedings, jury selection proceedings, and criminal and civil jury trials are suspended during the time period beginning Monday, March 16, 2020, through Friday, March 27, 2020.
